8-9am: Go Away Doc (R1) - Carrot, Ginger, Apple

10-11am: Energiser (F2) - Pink Grapefruit, Watermelon, Orange

12-1pm: Immunity (R2) - Orange, Carrot, Turmeric, Ginger

2-3pm: Sports Juice (R3) - Beetroot, Carrot, Apple, Lemon, Ginger

4-5pm: Glow (F1) - Pomegrenate, Orange, Beetroot, Pear

6-7pm: Refresh (F3) - Pineapple, Pear, Mint


Consume all six juices in one day - as a complete meal replacement (liquid diet). Have some almonds/warm broth/fruits if you are feeling hungry! Remember to listen to your body.
